All services offered by BI Digital Services are digital and non-tangible. Once a service has been started or delivered, it cannot be physically returned.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If the project has not been started yet
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase
- If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If the project has already been started or completed
- If you change your mind after the work has begun
- Delays caused by lack of communication or missing content from your side
- Services that have already been delivered and approved
4. Revision Policy
We provide revisions to ensure your satisfaction:
- Basic Package: Up to 2 revisions
- Standard Package: Up to 4 revisions
- Premium Package: Unlimited revisions (within project scope)
Additional revisions outside the scope may be charged.
5. Project Cancellation
You may request cancellation:
- Before work starts → Full refund
- After work starts → Partial refund (based on completed work)
6. Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us before opening any dispute. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.
Unnecessary or fraudulent disputes may result in service suspension.
7. Delivery Policy
Delivery timelines depend on the selected package and project complexity. Delays may occur if required information or materials are not provided on time by the client.
